We take great care to ensure that our products are packed securely, so they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
However if you receive a faulty item, please contact us and we will replace the item or if it is no longer available, a full refund will be offered.
If your order arrives and something is missing please let us know and we will immediately rectify the situation at no cost to you.
Dilly's Collections offers a 3 month warranty on all items.
This refers to manufacturing faults only and does not include wear and tear or neglect.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
Afterpay is not available on orders containing Gift Cards, eGift Cards. There is a maximum order limit of $1,000 when using Afterpay.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IF I USE AFTERPAY?
Orders placed using Afterpay will be shipped within our standard shipping timeframes, just like any other online order from Dilly's Collections.
CAN I USE ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH AFTERPAY?
Yes, you can use a Gift Card or eGift Card in conjunction with Afterpay — as long as your order total is below $1000.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY FIRST INSTALMENT?
If you are a new Afterpay customer, the first instalment will need to be paid at the time of purchase. Once you have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks, your first instalment will be paid in 14 days of placing your order for all orders under $500.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T PAY AN INSTALMENT?
